Welcome to Exalted Beauty ("we", "us", "our"), operating exaltedbeauty.co and our studio in Mumbai. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or booking our treatments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or book treatments. Purchases by minors must be made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Cosmetic Use Disclaimer

All Exalted Beauty products are cosmetic formulations intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by any drug regulatory authority.

3. Patch Test & Allergies

Skincare actives (including AHAs, Alpha Arbutin and Vitamin C) may cause sensitivity in some individuals. Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin (such as the inner forearm) and wait 24 hours before full use. Review the ingredient list before purchase if you have known allergies. Discontinue use immediately if redness, itching, burning or irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist. We are not liable for reactions arising from failure to patch test or from known allergies.

4. Sun Protection Notice

Products containing exfoliating acids (such as our AHA Cleanser) may increase skin sensitivity to the sun. Daily use of a broad-spectrum sunscreen is strongly advised while using these products.

5. Results Disclaimer

Skincare results vary from person to person depending on skin type, condition, consistency of use and lifestyle. Before/after images and customer reviews represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of your results.

6. Pregnancy & Medical Conditions

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing dermatological treatment, or have a diagnosed skin condition, consult your doctor before using active skincare products or booking treatments.

7. In-Studio Treatments

(a) Treatments are performed by trained professionals at our Mumbai studio; the exact studio location is shared with your booking confirmation.
(b) A consultation and patch test may be required before certain treatments; we may decline treatment if we believe it is unsuitable for your skin.
(c) Bookings: appointments are confirmed on advance payment or booking confirmation. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
(d) Cancellations/rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit the booking amount.
(e) Treatment results vary by individual; multiple sessions may be recommended for best results.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. International orders are charged as per checkout currency conversion. We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices with a full refund. Payment must be completed at checkout via the methods offered (including Razorpay and PayPal).

9. Orders, Shipping & Returns

Order acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. All sales are final once shipped, per our Return & Refund Policy, which together with our Shipping Policy forms part of these terms.

10. Digital Products

Ebooks, guides and online course content are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reselling or redistributing digital content is prohibited. Digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

11. Product Authenticity & Storage

Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and used within the period-after-opening indicated on packaging. We are not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content — brand name, logo, product names, images, text, packaging design and the sakura visual identity — is the property of Exalted Beauty. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, post false reviews, attempt unauthorized access, or use our content or imagery to sell counterfeit products.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase or treatment shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or treatment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
